-Science or Medical graduate (B.N.Sc, B. Pharm, B.Med.Tech or similar)
-I have a passion for customer service and a demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving.
-I have impeccable written, verbal and telephone communication skills.
Be results-oriented and able to work both independently and within a team.
-Having experience in the related field is preferable
-Placing outbound calls and receiving inbound calls to prospective customers and consumers.
-Using persuasive skills to handle objections and persuade non user to change user and retain existing user.
-Handling the customer’s concern and solving the customer’s complaints.
-Maintain quality service by following organization standards.
-Contributes to team effort by meeting corporate goals
-Proficient in product knowledge, phone etiquette and customer service.
-Immediately report to Manager if the special case of consumer feedback.
